Create & invite beta user

Creates an account, grants beta access, and emails the user their temporary credentials automatically.

Name (optional — first & last) Email address (Sivolo login) Apple ID email (for the iOS TestFlight invite)

Every beta user is auto-added to the TestFlight Trusted Beta group. Apple sends the invite to the tester's Apple ID — if that differs from their Sivolo login, enter it here. Blank = use the login email. You can change it later from the user's row.
